   I got the ring and it is beautiful. My only concern is that I wasn’t informed of tthe order status as it says on your website. The only notice that I got was saying it was on it’s way. I sent a couple of emails and left phone calls asking the order status but I never got a call back nor an email response that actually says what was happening. All I got is one that says the ring size was missing, which was what I saw on the website on checking the status. Only when I asked Amazon Pay that if I don’t don’t get a response from you in two days, that I want a refund. They even sent me a copy of the notification to this condition. I only got your email regarding that it is on delivery after three days. Your communication with the client leaves a lot to be desired.
