Shipment & Delivery:

All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. We use DHL EXPRESS for shipping. You will receive a tracking number via your registered email address.

In the event of limited product availability, the paid amount will be refunded as a Coupon Code or to your original payment method.

We cover delivery charges, but customs clearance and tax charges imposed by your government are the buyer’s responsibility. We will ship items with an ETD Commercial Invoice and Packing List. If you require additional documents for cargo clearance, please inform us before shipment.

Products may be dispatched within 1-15 days, depending on order availability, special circumstances, or custom-made requests. Generally, it takes 1-3 days to prepare, and delivery takes 1-5 days (usually 1-3 days) to any worldwide location.

Terms & Conditions – Return Policy:

Our return and refund policy is straightforward and based on our commitment to 100% customer satisfaction.

  1. Return Initiation: All returns must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original, unused condition. You must inform us of your intent to return within the first 14 days and then return the item within 30 days of delivery. If there is any issue with the product or it arrives damaged, you must inform us within the first 24 hours after receiving it. All returns must be shipped back via DDP incoterms.
  2. No Refunds for Used or Damaged Items: We will not issue refunds or store credit for merchandise returned in a used or customer-damaged condition. Custom-made and one-of-a-kind products are non-returnable. Earrings and jewelry sets which included earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
  3. Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you are returning a product due to a change of mind, a deduction of USD 29.00 and any additional charges will be made from the total refund amount to cover free shipping costs. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover all shipping charges, and you will receive a full refund.
  4. Customs Clearance and Tax: We ship items with Express Courier to the address provided by the customer. While we cover shipping charges, we are not responsible for your country’s customs clearance progress or tax and duty charges.
  5. Refund Process: If you are entitled to a refund, it will be credited back to you as a coupon code immediately for use in another order or refunded to your original payment method within 30 business days of receipt, except during and after the holiday season, during which processing may take up to 15 business days. Please notify us via email about the refund.
  6. Product Unavailability: If an item you ordered is no longer available, we will contact you to offer an upgrade at no additional cost. Depending on your decision, we will send the upgraded item or issue a full refund.
  7. Customized Goods: The right of return does not apply to goods produced, modified, or customized to meet personal requests and demands of the consumer. Handmade products are non-refundable.
  8. Rosary/Tasbih Strings Warranty: Rosary/tasbih strings are not covered by warranty; please handle them gently. Breaks caused by abuse are not covered. However, if you encounter any issues, we can replace/repair them free of charge.
  9. Non-Refundable Special Deals: Special Deals Season orders like Ramadan, Eid, Black Friday, etc., or orders with special discounts applied are non-refundable.
  10. Artisanal Variations: Artisans may make slight changes to designs for durability and strength as they are handmade works of art. Stone sizes may have a 10% tolerance for handmade jewelry products. We do not provide warranties for color variations (lighter/darker, etc.) or stone patterns, as we use real and genuine gemstones. For tasbeeh products, tassel designs or small silver parts may vary.
  11. Cancellation: Customers may cancel a purchase during the weekday until 6 p.m. If the product has not yet been handed over to the courier or is in the preparation stage, a deduction of USD 29.00 per jewelry and USD 50.00 per home decor product, USD 15.00 per jewelry for a certificate will be applied to the refund. If the order is returned after 30 days of delivery, only store credit can be issued as the remaining refund amount.
  12. Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, you have the right to reject it upon delivery. In such cases, open a demand file with us within 24 hours after delivery. If we determine that the product was damaged before or during courier transit, we will replace and resend the product within 7 working days.
