Shipment & Delivery:

All orders are put into the process after payment confirmation within 24 hours. All orders are sent via TNT EXPRESS or FEDEX. You are being informed about your parcel tracking number via your registered email address on our system.

In case of not having stock for limited products, the paid amount would be returned as Coupon Code or to your paid method.

We are responsible for all delivery charges of the orders however customs clearance and tax charges which your government performed belong to the buyer. We will ship items with ETD Commercial Invoice and Packing List. If you need any other documents for cargo clearance please inform us before shipment.

Products would be dispatched in about 1-15 days due to the availability of your order, special situations, or custom-made inquiries. However, generally takes 1-3 days to prepare. Delivery takes 1-5 days (generally 1-3 days) to any worldwide location.

Terms & Conditions – Return Policy:

Our return and refund policy are simple and fair. Terms and Conditions are prepared with our 100% Customer Satisfaction policy.

1- All returns must be informed within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original, unused condition. You just need to inform us in the first 14 days after receipt of your order if you wish to return it. After that, you must return back to us 30 days after delivery. All returns must be shipped back via DDP incoterms.

2- NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN USED OR DAMAGED BY CUSTOMER CONDITION. CUSTOM-MADE AND ONE-OF-A-KIND PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. EARRINGS ARE NON REFUNDABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE FOR HYGIENE REASONS.

3- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible. If you want to return the product because you have changed your mind, USD 25.00 and any additional charges, will be reduced from the total refund amount due to free shipping charges. Return shipping costs are under customer responsibility and returned items must ship back to the origin of shipping. If you want to return the product due to our mistake we will cover all shipping charges and you will be refunded for the full amount.

4- We are shipping items with Express Courrier to provided address by the customer. We cover all shipping charges but we are not responsible for your country’s customs clearance progress or tax and duty charges.

5- If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be credited back to you as a coupon code immediately to use another order or your original method of payment within 30 business days of receipt, except during and after the holiday season, during which processing may take up to 15 business days. Please give us information about the refund by e-mail.

6- If an item you order is no longer available, we will attempt to contact you to let you know. We will offer you an upgrade free of charge. Due to your decision, we will send you the upgraded item or refund the full amount.

7- The Customer cannot use the right of return for the goods, which are produced or changed or specialized by making additions so as to make those goods customized for personal use in accordance with the special requests and demands of the consumer. Handmade products are non-refundable.

8- Rosary/tasbih strings are not covered by warranty, please use them gently. Breaks caused by abuse are not covered by the warranty. However, if you faced any problems, we can replace/fix them free of charge.

9- Special Deals Season orders like Ramadan, Eid, Black Friday, etc., or special discount applied orders are non-refundable.

10- Artisans can make slight changes to designs for durable and strong pieces as they are handmade and art. Stone sizes may 10% tolerance for handmade jewelry products. We are not able to give a warranty for color tonnes (lighter-darker etc.) since we are using real and genuine gemstones. We are not able to give a warranty for stone patterns as well. For tasbeeh products, tassle designs or small silver parts may change.

11- The Customer may cancel the purchasing transaction. The canceling operation must be performed during the weekday until 6 p.m. if still in the processing stage. In case the product is already given to the courier or preparing stage when the order is canceled, (USD 25.00 per jewelry and $50 per home decor products, $15 per jewelry for certificate) would be deducted from the refund. If the order is returned back after 30 days of delivery only store credit can be applied as the remaining refund amount.

12- The Customer has the right to reject the courier in case s/he recognizes that the delivered product is damaged. In such cases, the BUYER opens a demand file. Once the SELLER determines that the product defect happened before the courier and the delivery after the damaged product arrived at the Boutique Ottoman store, it takes 7 working days to replace and resend the product to the courier company. For damaged/defective items you need to contact us 48 hours after delivery at the latest.
