Shipment & Delivery:

All orders are put into process after payment confirmation within 24 hours. All orders are sent via DHL EXPRESS or UPS EXPRESS. You are being informed about your parcel tracking number via your registered email address on our system.

In case of not having stock for limited products, paid amount would be returned as Coupone Code or to credit card account.

Your cargo will be safely packed and sent however in order not to be the responsible of the damages caused during courier carriage please open and check the cargo before you signed the AWB. In case there would be damage on the product do not accept receiving the product and return it to the courier. In case you would like to receive the product you should open a claim for damage and let the courier sign the claim report.

We are responsible for all delivery charges of the orders however customs clearance and tax charges which your government performed are belonged to buyer. We will ship items with Commercial Invoice and Packing List. If you need any other documents to clear cargo please inform us before shipment.

Products would be delivered to you in about 5-15 days due to availability of your order and your shipping adress.

Return Policy:

1- All returns must be informed within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original, unused condition.

2- NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION. CUSTOM MADE AND ONE OF A KIND PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

3- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customer is responsible. For return of free shipping items, customer is charged for USD 25.00 per order as a shipping cost.

4- If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be credited back to you as a coupon code immidiately to use another order or your original method of payment within 30 business days of receipt, except during and after holiday season, during which processing may take up to 15 business days. Please give us an information about refund by e-mail.

5- One of a kind products, custom made products not able to refund.

6- Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will not be accepted. If an item you order is no longer available, we will attempt to contact you to let you know.

7- The Customer cannot use the right of return for the goods, which are produced or changed or specialized by making additions so as to make those goods customized for personal use in accordance with the special requests and demands of the consumer, for the perishable goods or for the goods having the possibility of becoming expired due to its characteristics.

8- The Customer may cancel the purchasing transaction. The cancelling operation must be performed during the weekday until 6 p.m. In case the product is already given to courier when the order is cancelled, the courier fee (USD 25.00 per order) would be deducted from the refund money.

9- The Customer has the right to reject the courier in case s/he recognizes that the delivered product is damaged. In such cases, the BUYER opens a demand file. Once the SELLER determines that the product defect was happened before the courier and the delivery, after the damaged product arrived to the Boutique Ottoman store, it takes 7 working days to replace and resend the product to the courier company.
