Boutique Ottoman gives worldwide service to its customers. We are shipping worldwide via DHL/UPS Express. Delivery to any worldwide location takes 1-3 business days. Shipping is free of charge without any minimum purchase and is fully trackable.

All of our products are handmade. Because of that, we need 1 to 10 days to prepare your order due to the selected products. However, products will be ready to ship out in 48 hours, usually. Delivery to any worldwide country takes another 1-4 days, up to your location.

You can make a payment online via your debit/credit card. Our company is also approved for Apple Pay and we are able to accept payments via Apple Pay with your fingerprint. Alternatively, you can make your payment via PayPal, Amazon Pay and Google Pay. If you don’t have any options, you can pay via Western Union or Wire Transfer. We don’t have “Cash on Delivery” service.

Our online shop has an SSL certificate, which provides the highest security encryption for our customers.
