Boutique Ottoman gives worldwide service to its customers. We are shipping worldwide via DHL / TNT / UPS Express. Delivery to any worldwide country/location takes 1-3 business days. Shipping is free of charge without any minimum purchase and fully trackable.

All of our products are handmade. Because of that, we need 1 to 10 days to prepare your order due to selected products. However, generally, products will be ready to ship out in 48 hours. Delivery to any worldwide country needs another 1-3 days up to your location.

Our online shop has an SSL certificate which provides the highest security encryption for our customers. We are working with Stripe as a payment gateway and once you complete your order you will redirect to Stripe Secure servers to enter your credit/debit card information. Stripe is one of the most famous and secure payment gateways globally.

You can make payment online via your debit/credit card. Our company is also approved for Apple Pay and we are able to accept payments via Apple Pay with your fingerprint. Alternatively, you can make your payment via BitCoin or Western Union.

We don’t have “Cash on Delivery” service due to international shipments directly from Istanbul, Turkey.

You are able to exchange any product free of charge. If you want to change your ring size we are also offering a free ring size change service for you. You can return and refund any unwanted product in 30 days.
