To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Explanations of Order Statuses:
  • Processing: Your order payment is completed. Will be forwarded to our jeweler.
  • Preparing: Your order forwarded to our workshop and preparing now. Most items take 1-5 working days to prepare. However, due to your selection, some handmade products can take up to 15 business days to prepare.
  • Packing: Your order is ready at the operation center. Once, the last quality check is completed and approved, your order will dispatch. We can ship only on working days.
  • Shipped: Your order label is created. You will get your order in 1-4 business days. Some delays may happen due to the Pandemic. To track over courier company site please allow them since they collect and scan.
  • Delivered/Completed: Your package is delivered to your provided address.
