I rarely give a 3 for Boutique Ottoman’s products. I have to do it this time. The gem itself is beautiful. Very ‘mystic’; as it is named. But the necklace itself is already broken when I opened the gift-box. A bit disappointed. Fortunately I have got plenty of your necklaces so that I can switch the pedant to other chains also from your esteemed company. Anyway, my daughter still loves it a lot.

Oh my God. I received the new items of my new order (3 other rings) a week ago but I only opened it this afternoon (cos I was out of town for Chinese New Year holiday). What a big surprise~! On top of my 3 rings, Boutique Ottoman sent me a new necklace with an apology card… and I even couldn’t figure out what necklace I had purchased before… so now I looked back my orders and found this one… a month ago, I rated a 3 on this item and then, Boutique Ottoman has really been fixing the “problem”.
